Las normas del TC 78 corresponden al Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico 78, que es el Comit\u00e9 de Trabajos en Tensi\u00f3n. Este comit\u00e9 es responsable de m\u00e1s de 40 normas y documentos internacionales de Trabajos en Tensi\u00f3n y est\u00e1 representado por 42 pa\u00edses a trav\u00e9s de Comit\u00e9s Nacionales que incluyen 136 personas conocidas como Expertos. En la d\u00e9cada de 1960, se desarrollaron m\u00e9todos en el laboratorio para permitir que los trabajadores de campo entraran en contacto directo con l\u00edneas de alta tensi\u00f3n. Dichos m\u00e9todos se pueden aplicar para permitir un trabajo seguro con los voltajes de transmisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altos.<\/p><p>Se pueden aplicar m\u00e9todos de trabajo en tensi\u00f3n para permitir un trabajo seguro con los voltajes de transmisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altos. El m\u00e9todo \u201cmanos desnudas\u201d o \u201cl\u00ednea activa\u201d es el m\u00e9todo mediante el cual un trabajador se coloca al mismo potencial que un conductor o equipo energizado y trabaja directamente sobre \u00e9l. La transferencia del trabajador al potencial del conductor se puede lograr mediante el uso de escaleras aisladas, cuerdas de l\u00ednea activa, baldes para personal EPV aislados o helic\u00f3pteros.<\/p><p>La t\u00e9cnica de trabajo con las manos desnudas en l\u00edneas energizadas se utiliza para trabajar con l\u00edneas de alta tensi\u00f3n (generalmente de 115 kV y superiores) mientras est\u00e1n \u201cactivas\u201d. Como no se dispone de guantes aislantes para estos voltajes, se ha desarrollado la t\u00e9cnica de trabajo con las manos desnudas en l\u00edneas energizadas, en la que el trabajador est\u00e1 conectado a la l\u00ednea, trabajando, aislado y\/o aislado de tierra y de todos los dem\u00e1s objetos a un potencial diferente.<\/p><p>Con la ropa de malla met\u00e1lica adherida al conductor, el liniero puede trabajar protegido dentro del campo el\u00e9ctrico.
