I'm looking over D3, and trying to determine how to cast my ballot. The standard provided was red-lined from D2, and I'm seeing red strike-throughs on some useful looking stuff that was not included elsewhere. Low KVA, low short circuit level, low voltage transformers leading to a default IE for example. And the problem with utilities providing infinite bus data. Can anyone provide insight on these changes? How are you voting?

Go to IEEE My Project and My Ballot. If you voted before and are ok with it, nothing needs done. You need to be part of the official ballot pool. Guessing you must be if you see the track changes. If you have comments or wish to change your vote, you can do it from here. There is a clean version and the mark up version which has a many red lines, track changes etc. from the numerous revisions based on the comments. Send me a PM and I can provide more input if needed.
