Has anyone using EasyPower ever experienced or heard of print issues? We have a network license and there are couple of folks that can not print while others of us can print just fine.

What kind of printing issues? Labels? Spreadsheets? One Lines? What version as there was a new version released recently? Are these new issues?

It was initially noticed on printing labels, but I believe the folks that were experiencing the print issues were with anything. I did not have any print issues it was only a few folks. We have not exactly found why it was happening but we have nailed it down to some type of issue with our network security software. We did not implement a fix, but those that were having the issue are now able to print??? This is as of yesterday. I know our IT folks are still working the issue. If I learn anything else I will share for everyone's future reference.

Was everyone using the same version? When EasyPower first released v10.4, there were some problems with it. (Sorry, I don't recall what they were.) They quickly released a "patch" to a slightly later version. I hadn't installed the initial v10.4 release so I just installed the patched version. I just opened it up and it says my version is 10.4.1.8349.
