We are having trouble with the tinted visor's identifying the color of some of the wires in our cabinets can anyone help?

Some of the newer visors do not distort the colors quite as badly as they use to. If you are ready using a new face shield , then your people will have to try and get accustomed to the fact that a 'blue' phase wire will looklike a 'green' ground. (Not much different than being a red/green color blind person.)

On a side note, I'd strongly recommend you use an FR rated balaclava in addition to the Arc Flash visor.
