We have been using 2 categories of PPE. Cat 2 and Cat 4. Do many people use Cat 1 or 3?

We also use Category 2 and 4. Much easier proceedures. We have a few exceptions where we go less than 2.

We were able to get all areas down to Category 2 or less so we use Category 2 coveralls etc. We have a few exceptions where the calcs show cat 1 and 0 work but most areas default to cat 2.

We have done the same things... Standard "everyday work apparel is FR 2". All electrical personnel have Cat 2 hard hats & face shields, class 3 tools and class 00 gloves. Used when necessary.
